Happy April Fools Day 2014 to all of our Roo Girls! We know this is the day of tricks and pranks, but we have no tricks for you here - just lots of LOVE for April finally arriving! And, if you can't tell by our 'Happy April' image below, we're celebrating with lots of pretty pink!
April is one of our favorite months at Rissy Roo's because it marks the official start of the Prom 2014 Season. While it's of course important to start getting ready for prom as soon as possible once January comes along, April marks the beginning of people finally starting to attend their prom dances! Proms usually start for our Roo Girls towards the end of April, so for some, it's time to start putting the smaller pieces together to ensure the night is perfect, like setting up hair and nail appointments, finding shoes and accessories, and getting the dress altered.
So, we are super excited for all of our Roo Girls who already have their prom outfit together and will be attending their dance very, very soon! If you don't have your prom dress yet, though, there's still plenty of time, so don't fret.
A little lost on where to start to find your perfect prom dress? Decide on which style (for example, long vs. short vs. high-low, or ball gown vs. mermaid vs. A-line, etc.) or color (blue, pink, purple, yellow, green, etc.) you'd like to go for, or just start browsing around RissyRoos.com for ideas.
