Makeup is a girl's best friend, right? Well, it certainly couldn't be any more true on Halloween. Makeup will bring your whole look together, and there's plenty of costume ideas you can put together on makeup alone! One of the big trends this Halloween season is Dia de los Muertos skulls. All you have to do is get some black, white, yellow, and red paint and make your face into a colorful and flowery skull!
