It's no surprise that Ariana Grande took our award for best dressed at the 2016 MTV Movie Awards - she always looks stunning, from the stage, to starring on Scream Queens, to every red carpet she's ever walked on. But, her look for the 2016 MTV Movie Awards was just stunning. And, it's not only her gorgeous dress that below us away - she performed a stripped down version of "Dangerous Woman," and it was dangerously good!

In the solo performance, Ari showed of her incredible range, leaving the whole audience in awe over her voice, the beautiful silky pink strapless gown she wore, and that pretty white fur stole. The look was extra special, because, as MTV pointed out, Ariana seemed to be channeling Marylin Monroe's bright pink look from Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. Ariana may not have gone 100% Marylin when it came to her hair, but she did trade in her signature high pony tail for a low one.

A couple of days ago, we showed you the totally on-trend pantsuits that some of the celebs wore on the 2016 iHeartRadio Music Awards red carpet. As we mentioned in that post, another major music awards ceremony was held on the same day as the iHeartRadio Music Awards: the Academy of Country Music Awards! Of course, the celebs on the ACM Awards red carpet were just as glammed up. While we loved all of the look, there always seems to be one celeb that stands out on the ACM Awards red carpet. Yup, you guessed it: Carrie Underwood.

While all of the famous country artists were at the ACM Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday night (April 3rd), the rest of the music industry could be found in California at the annual iHeartRadio Music Awards. Even though the music industry was split between two different coveted music award ceremonies, the red carpet fashion couldn't have been more fierce at both events. We were particularly impressed by the celeb looks at the 2016 iHeartMusic Awards, because we saw a certain trend forming on the red carpet: it was all about pantsuits and jumpsuits this year! Well, we have one new trend to add to your list that is as unique as it comes! Many celebrities have been rocking the trend lately, and Selena Gomez is the latest. The trend is capes. Capes, cape dresses, and capes as dresses is a look that has become more and more popular in the fashion world, and the look can now even be found in prom dresses.

The 88th Academy Awards was certainly a night to remember. Chris Rock kicked off the night with a monologue about the #OscarsSoWhite controversy, and Leonardo DiCaprio finally won his Oscar! The actor took home the Lead Actor Oscar for his role in the movie "The Revenant," and had a moving acceptance speech about the dangers of climate change.

Of course, Leo also had his ever ongoing special encounter with Kate Winselt on the red carpet, which never disappoints. They both looked stunning, but they weren't the only ones we were impressed with on the Oscars 2016 red carpet. Our favorite two looks of the night came from Sofia Vergara and Dorith Mous, who both wore elegant gowns that had us dreaming of prom. Sofia wore a beautiful navy blue gown on the Oscars red carpet that's not only so perfect for a black tie event like the Oscars, but is so prom reminiscent. The deep sweetheart neckline and ruched waist accentuated the actress' curves perfectly. It's no surprise these days that that Justin Bieber has a whole body full of tattoos. While his love for tattoos started pretty simply, with only a few here and there, and most hidden, he's grown a large collection of them now throughout his body. While some of his tattoos are self-explanatory, others have pretty deep meanings that you'd never know about unless the Biebs himself explained them. Well, he recently revealed the inspiration for many of the important ones in a video for magazine GQ. Spoiler alert: many are about his mom, and one seems to be for Selena Gomez! The first tattoo he ever got may be our favorite, a tattoo of a seagull that everyone in his family has. Bieber says that the tattoo is from a book that everyone in his family has read, and explains that the book is about, "this seagull who wanted to be more than just a seagull." We believe that he may be referencing the book Jonathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach, and is certainly a great story to be treasured and shared within a family.  Continue reading →

BFFs Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift yet again left everyone stunned, as they were each other's dates for the 2016 Grammys. Going to the 58th Annual Grammy Awards last night as BFFs weren't the only thing that caught everyone's attention, though. The two couldn't have looked any more glam in their Grammys red carpet dresses! Selena rocked a blue sequined cut-out dress, while Taylor wore a color blocked two piece gown. Both celeb gals couldn't have been more on-trend with their looks.

The Screen Actor Guild Awards are a pretty big deal, to say the least, recognizing outstanding performances in film and primetime television. So, all of the biggest stars are attending the event and walking the red carpet in the finest. One of those stars at the 2016 SAG Awards was of course Uzo Aduba, who you might know from the Netflix series Orange is the New Black, where she place Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" Warren.

Uzo always puts on an incredible performance on the series, so it was no surprise that the actress walked away with two trophies this past Saturday night (January 30th) - one as part of the cast of OITNB and one for her individual role as Crazy Eyes in the series. But, it wasn't her accolades or her pretty green gown that got our attention at the SAG Awards this year. Rather, it's that she chose to attend the event with one of her closest friends... and her high school prom date!
