The garb in question wasn’t your typical LBD, but a tightly fitted number with a bra-top.
NY Daily News reported that lately, the singer has been making headlines for her intense dieting and risqué outfits, highlighting her new thin frame. While many fashion-savvy, like the Huffington Post, love Miley’s chic cocktail dress, there are still others who find it a bit too revealing. The Insider joked that “Although she's never been a model of decency in the past, you have to wonder if her wedding dress will simply consist of lace pasties at this rate.”
Cyrus’ little bra dress might have been revealing, but its shock factor was defiantly moderate compared to other dresses this celeb has worn. She wore a cleavage accentuating V-neck dress to the Billboard Music Awards this year and has shown skin in many other skimpy outfits during music videos and stage performances.
