The 2013 Prom Season is finally coming to an end, and our Roo Girls have picked out some very pretty dresses this year! There have been many popular dress for Prom 2013, but there's three that stood out above and beyond as our Roo customer's favorite dresses. Read on to find out what the most popular dresses have been of the season, as picked out by our customers and worn to their proms!

Precious Formals P8819 in Mint was very in demand this season! The beautiful color and sequin pattern had everyone wanting it! Mint was a big color choice in general this prom season, but Precious Formals P8819 proved to be the go-to mint dress to show off the on-trend style.

Mac Duggal 50007A in Neon Coral was another dress that caught every prom girl's eye. The bold color and rhinestone detailing ensured that you would stand out at any event that you attended. Last week, we posted an article about perfect neon dresses for prom. With the warmer weather here, a lot of us girls here at Rissy Roo's have been rocking neon nails this week - we just can't get neon off of our minds! So, with all the different nail ideas we've been sharing with each other this week, we wanted to share some of our favorites with you.

Neon nails are especially perfect for those who love the neon trend, but are hesitant to wear it on bigger clothing pieces, such as your prom dress, shirt, or pants. Painting your nails a bright color lets you have some fun with the look without feeling like it's taking over your outfit.

When it comes to wearing neon nails to prom, just make sure that your dress is a neutral color. If you wear neon nails with a neon dress, you'll start to look like a highlighter. For wearing neon nails every day, don't be afraid to try something fun and funky. Remember, neon is meant to stand out, and if you don't like it one week, you can always change it the next. Below are some of our favorite neon nail looks that we found on Pinterest. They offer great inspiration for every day looks, as well as perfect ideas to wear at special occasions, like prom! So, check out some of our favorite ways to wear neon nails below and get painting!

You can never go wrong with choosing one single bold, bright nail polish color to wear! To let your nails do the talkin' we especially love neon green (like shown above), neon orange, and neon yellow.

Pairing neon and nude together is such a great way to tone down how bright neon can be, while still rocking the look. We especially love the style above because of how the neon was used as an accent to make a triangular shape. Geometric shapes are so in right now, so this is a beyond trendy look to rock on your nails! This is a perfect idea to take to your nail salon and have them paint on for you for prom. Having the accenting color piece match your dress color will really complete your look!

Celebrities have shown that you don't need to get married to look beautifully elegant in white! And, with white being such a popular color this year off the runway (you can catch up on the trend in our Winter White blog post), too, it's certainly a perfect look to rock at prom.

To get the look, you can choose a fabulous frock that's complete with embellishments and beading for a little extra glitz, or opt for stunning simplicity with a crisp, plain palette. Regardless of the style, white is the perfect balance of classy and sexy. Even though pastels are so in lately, neon has been holding strong for a while now and it certainly doesn't plan on going anywhere any time soon. As soon as the warmer weather starts rolling in, we can't help but want to put more colors on...and the brighter, the better!
