The 2013 Screen Actors Guild Awards have come and gone, but we're still obsessing over all the gorgeous Hollywood ladies' red carpet looks! It was a difficult choice because all the celebrities looked amazing, but we could only choose one favorite look, and we're giving it to Nicole Kidman! Navy blue was a popular color at the SAG Awards this year (both Jennifer Lawrence and Amanda Seyfried wore the color, too), but we fell in love with Nicole's stunning sequined number.
That's why for this week's Dress of the Week, we chose Shail K style SK3192L. It's a full length, silk, hand-sequined dress that shines a unique shade of sparkling navy, and elegantly drapes to the floor with a small train to give you that true diva look! We especially love the daring v-neck and bold open back on the dress.
A lot more pictures have surfaced of Ashley Benson rocking Faviana dresses ever since it was announced that the Pretty Little Liars star is the new face of the dress designer company, and she looks beautiful in every single one of them! We're most excited about the Behind-The-Scene video that Faviana released, though. It's a cute video that shows Ashley wearing all of the different Faviana dresses from the photo shoot - check it out below!

All of the stars were out last night on Jan. 9th for the 2013 People’s Choice Awards at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, and we loved seeing them arrive on the red carpet! Who's excited that 'Pretty Little Liars' is finally coming back on tonight?! I know we are! It's such an intense show, and we're aching to find out what happens next already, after that long Fall break. In case you haven't checked on the status of the show in a while, the Winter Premiere will be airing on ABC Family tonight at 8pm EST.
As excited as we are for 'Pretty Little Liars,' we're also so amazed to hear that Ashley Benson, who plays Hanna Marin on the show, was announced yesterday to be the new face of dress designer Faviana! Faviana mentioned that there will be many more photos and videos of Ashley wearing their amazing dresses in weeks to come - we can't wait to see how beautiful she looks all dressed up!

In their announcement, Faviana also mentioned that this March, Ashley will be in the feature film Spring Breakers, starring opposite James Franco, Selena Gomez, and Vanessa Hudgens. It sounds like there's many more good things to come from Ashley in the future!
It's the New Year, and that means it's time for a New You! Since many of the Rissy Roo's staff made resolutions to work out more and eat healther in the New Year, we decided to make a special post today dedicated to getting fit in 2013! For some inspiration, we picked a celebrity that has always been known for being in great shape - Jessica Biel. So, if you ever need a little motivational push, just look up pics of Jessica and remind yourself to keep working hard!
Jessica Biel is well-known for being one of the fittest female celebrities in Hollywood. She knows how to get in tip top shape from head to toe without being too muscular. She does a ton of weight training, plyometric training, circuit training, and cardio!
If you want to have a strong and lean physique like Jessica Biel, follow these workout instructions below. But don't forget...consistently eating healthy and staying dedicated plays a huge part!
The Warm-up: Walking Lunges
Jessica warms up with walking lunges to get the larger leg and glute muscles stretched out. Do three to four sets of 8 – 12 repetitions per leg as shown in the video below.
Cardio + Cardio Interval Training
6 sprints with about 1 minute of rest between each sprint = Two sets of 200-meter sprints, then two sets of 150-meter sprints, and finally two sets of 100-meter sprints.
Plyometric Training
1. Stair Jumping - All you need for this one is a set of stairs. If stairs are not available, you can use any type of raised platform.
Instructions: Standing at the bottom of stairs, feet beside each other, jump up to the second step by skipping the first stair, and keep going along this pattern of skipping a stair each jump. Eventually, as your strength and skill increase, you can add the amount of stairs you jump over, going to 2 or 3 stairs skipped for each jump.
2. Jumping Squats - A plyometric jumping squat is pretty much a standing jump that begins and ends in a squat position.
Instructions: Starting in a squat position, use a burst of power to leap straight up into the air, then land back into a squat position. Do 2 – 3 sets of 12 repetitions.
Weight Training
1. Waist Exercise - You will need a five-pound medicine ball for this exercise.
Instructions: Sitting down and leaning back slightly with legs raised off the floor, twist from left to right reaching for each side 15 times, and do a total of three sets. The video below shows a really good example.

2. Biceps and Shoulders Exercise - For this exercise you'll need two ten-pound dumbbells.
Instructions: Stand with knees slightly bent. Hold 10-pound dumbbells in each hand. Do a bicep curl and then rotate your hands so your palms face outward, and do a dumbbell press by raising the weights above your head. Then reverse the move until you’re back to the starting position. Complete three sets of 10 to 12 reps.

Even though New Year's Eve has come and gone, we're still obsessing (just a little bit) over all of the sparkly outfits! Seventeen Magazine put together a great collection of what some of the celebrities were wearing when the ball dropped. The styles were all so perfect for NYE, but some of the celebs were even rocking new Prom 2013 trends! So, if you're looking for some ideas for your prom dress, these celeb NYE outfits are definitely a great place to start.
Carly Rae Jepsen performed in Times Square on NYE in a fashionable long, red maxi skirt and black crop top. Her show was so great! After the performance, she revealed on Twitter:
"@carlyraejepsen: Had a blast performing in Times Square! Nobody knew i had long johns under my skirt...till now;) #RockinNewYearsEve"
Pretty silly that she was wearing long johns, but a very good idea - it was very cold that night!
The 2 piece dress outfit is definitely going to be one of the popular trends for Prom this year, so we loved that Carly Rae was already rocking the look! Dress designers Jovani, Xtreme, Dave & Johnny, and Sherri Hill have all included sexy 2-piece numbers in their Prom 2013 collections, with both short and long skirts. If you want to get a similar look to Carly Rae, we love Jovani style 5336 because of the long, tulle skirt.
Ashley Tisdale was hanging out with her girlfriends Shelley Buckner and Kim Hidalgo on NYE. Ashley rocked the same sexy little black dress that she wore to the Breaking Dawn Pt 2 premiere in Los Angeles. We thought it was so awesome that she was wearing the dress again - it definitely couldn't have been any more perfect for New Year's Eve because of all of the sequins!
We especially loved her friend's pink baby doll dress, though! It kept within the NYE spirit because of the sequins, but was definitely a unique dress to wear because it was pink! We love Jovani style 612 for a similar style - a great dress to wear for either prom or homecoming.
Kim Kardashian is of course always rocking sexy outfits, and NYE is no exception! Her sheer and lace dress hugged her curves (...and her baby bump!...the newest Kardashian news from Kanye West!) so well. The long sleeves and length of the skirt is a great compliment to the revealing lace - sometimes it's all about finding balance in your sexy outfit! Jovani style 9448 is a great example of that - the long sleeves keep the dress from being too revealing.
What a cute pic of Sarah Hyland sharing a midnight kiss with her boyfriend Matt Prokop! As if the kiss wasn't enough to make this pic perfect, we love Sarah's outfit - a burgundy dress and glittery heels! Burgundy has been such a popular color in the Fall and Winter months, that her style couldn't be more on-point. Nicki Minaj looked as sexy as ever on New Year's Eve in her shiny gold bandage dress and shoes. Seventeen Mag wrote, "this metallic, monochromatic look would be totally stunning for prom." We couldn't agree more!

Jennifer Lawrence rocked some very fashionable outfits througout her Hunger Games promo tour - they even earned her a gig as the next face of the Miss Dior handbag! Our favorite dress was the one she wore to the Hollywood premiere - a Prabal Gurung gold cut-out gown. The gown reminded us of the shiny outfits the contestants wore during the Opening Ceremonies of the Hunger Games. The 2012 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, which aired this past Tuesday (Nov. 4th) was as amazing as ever! The performances by Bruno Mars, Rihanna and Justin Bieber were absolutely incredible - you could tell the whole place was full of Bieber Fever!
While we couldn't take our eyes off of Biebs, we were amazed by Rihanna's performance and outfits. We especially loved her Audrey Hepburn inspired black gown with pearl glasses and necklace and lace gloves. That's why we picked Faviana Style 6428 as this week's Dress of the Week. We love the classic black gown, of course with a little sexiness added in with a slit down the side and a sweetheart neckline!
