Each year, fashion gets more and more unpredictable. With so many great trends to follow this Fall, we had to narrow them down to just three.

Say YES to White after Labor Day!

Lots of rule-breaking trends this season, including the always infamous no white after Labor Day rule. These rebellious celebs are going against the rules of fashion by keeping white throughout the fall and winter. It's all about how you accessorize and the type of fabric.

This is one trend you can use for your next formal event; it's definitely perfect for the Holidays. If anyone comments that you're not supposed to be wearing white, they're just not up on the latest fashion trends!

Halloween is tomorrow, so if you have not put your costume together yet, time is officially almost out! But, that doesn't mean it's too late. There's plenty of last minute ideas you can put together to show your Halloween spirit. Below are fabulously easy ways you can dress up a dress (we recommend a little black dress) for a perfect night of Trick or Treat fun.

1. Spooky Tights

There's no better way to add a unique flavor to your dress than to pair it with funky tights. Whether for Halloween or the Holidays, tights are always fun accessories. For Halloween, we're loving the skeleton, spider web, and haunted house we've been seeing all over Pinterest!

Haunted House Halloween tights like these will really have you looking like a fan of the Holiday! It's as easy as pairing it with a black shirt or LBD and black heels or boots for a look that will have you being in the Halloween spirit without having to go all-out with a costume.

These spider web tights are so chic! Pair it with an LBD and a witch's hat and high heels for a totally classy Halloween look.

2. Animal Ears

Pairing animal ears with an LBD is always a dependable way to go. Rather than picking up a pair at your local Halloween store, if you have the time, make them yourself! A wire headband, felt, and studs will have you on your way to some purrrfect cat ears (or bunny...or bear ears) to rock!

3. Makeup!

Makeup is a girl's best friend, right? Well, it certainly couldn't be any more true on Halloween. Makeup will bring your whole look together, and there's plenty of costume ideas you can put together on makeup alone! One of the big trends this Halloween season is Dia de los Muertos skulls. All you have to do is get some black, white, yellow, and red paint and make your face into a colorful and flowery skull! Below are some of our favorite ideas when it comes to painting your face into a skull.

This is such a chic Halloween look, so don't be afraid to show off your creative skills if you decide to go with this costume idea! Dulce Candy's Sugar Skull/Dia de los Muertos Tutorial + DIY is a great video to watch if you want to try this look; check out her video below. It can just be time consuming to apply all of the makeup, so make sure to leave plenty of time for this one. And, just make sure to clean your face at the end of the night so the makeup isn't sitting on your skin for any longer than it needs to.

Labor Day has passed and the official start of Fall is only weeks away, so it's definitely time to get Back-t0-School ready. And, what does Back-to-School mean? New clothes and fashion essentials, of course! So what are the hottest must have items that you should have in your backpack? And, what backpack should you even get??

Your backpack is definitely an essential, as it's something that you will see and carry everyday of the week. So, let's start there! Since it's a fashion staple that you'll be carrying day in, day out, we definitely recommend making sure that you find one that you love (and that's practical, too, of course). With that said, don't be afraid go wild when it comes to choosing the perfect one. Teen Vogue recently put out a list of their Top 100 Backpacks for Back-to-School, and we're oogling over all of them! But, we narrowed it down from their long list to our favorites to make the decision a little easier for you.

Also not having all those books in your bag makes your backpack a heck of lot lighter; no more breaking your back with a library of books, just download them!

So, if you're a gadget geek like us, why not glam up your tech essentials? We love to see all the funky cool cases and they are a must have to show off your personality and style. If nothing else, they're great conversation starters for meeting new friends! Since we love pink and animal print, of course those are our go-to choices. But, there's plenty of different styles to choose from when it comes to dressing up (and protecting) your gadgets! Always make sure that your backpack is stocked with these items because they are a definite must-have on school property. Even though Spring and Summer are gone, many of the fashion trends of the two warm seasons have been sticking around in Fall, and don't plan on going anywhere for the Winter. Lace is one of those trends. But, it's not only the darker lace colors like blue and black that are popular right now - the lighter looks like ivory, white, and nude are sticking around for the colder months, too.

Teen Vogue mentioned that the lead designers have been freshening up their Fall runways with the lace trend. Simone Rocha, Dolce & Gabbana, and Michael Kors all had lots of lace (in both dark and light colors) throughout their Fall Winter 2012/2013 Fashion Shows.
