Pretty Little Liars is back, and with a vengeance, for its Season 4 Premiere! The episode, which aired on June 11, was called "A is for A-l-i-v-e," and it definitely got our hearts racing, as usual. Marlene King, executive producer, promised that this would be the "season of answers," and she definitely wasn't kidding around! The premiere episode already cleared up almost every "A" related question that's still been lingering around, while still adding a dozen more to the list!

We don't want to ruin the episode for those fans who haven't watched it yet, so we'll leave it at that, and instead focus on what else, but the fashion! Black's always been a big Pretty Little Liars color, but we especially loved it in this episode! All of the girls were wearing cute little black dresses (except for Hanna Marin, played by Ashley Benson, who added a totally chic sheer long skirt to her look), with sexy high heels to match. We loved the dresses so much that we picked out our favorite black cocktail dresses. Sequins are always the go-to look for the holidays and often get put on the back burner once summer rolls around. But, with summer being the brightest time of year, is there really a better time to be wearing sparkles?? We don't think so! So, with the warm weather finally on its way, we're here to help show you how to bring sequins into your summer outfits for a whole new, unique look.

When it comes to sequins in the summertime, we recommend to keep it simple and specific to only one item within your outfit. So, if you're wearing a sequin dress, make sure your accessories don't have sequins. Or, if you accessorize with a sequin purse or shoes, keep your clothes summer casual. This is a great way to wear the trend during the summer months without going overboard. Check out our favorite ways to stylize sparkles for the summer below!

One of our favorite way to wear sequins in the summer time is with white! White is undoubtedly the go-to summer color, so it will give the sequins a super on-trend look for the season. Our favorite cocktail dress to get the look is Blush style 9667. Shiny white-gold paisleys rock in a flared skirt with a corset back in this gorgeous short dress. With the paisley white detailing, it's the perfect chic way to rock sequins in the summer.

Carrying a sequin clutch with a bright summery outfit is a great way to add a touch of glam to your look. La Regale style 21016 is a sparkly clutch that can compliment a number of different looks, from daytime to nighttime.

If you have a formal event to attend this summer and are looking for a gown, we recommend choosing one where sequins are more understated. Depending on the event, choosing a completely sequined gown may be too holiday reminiscent for the summer.  One sequined gown that we love for the summertime is La Femme style 18710. It's an empire waist chiffon gown with a criss-cross sequined patterned sweetheart neckline and small diamond shaped open back. The sequined bodice adds the perfect amount of sparkle, while the flowy chiffon fabric is perfect for summertime.

Prom Night is hitting the TV Screen everywhere! Last week, we talked about the beautiful gowns worn on the Prom episode of The Vampire Diaries. And today, we're all about the stunning dresses worn on the special Dancing with the Stars Prom Night episode (episode 1603)! The episode aired earlier this month, but we wanted to make sure to give a re-cap because there was one La Femme dress that was front and center!

All the girls and dresses looked beautiful, but our eyes were on Kellie Pickler the entire episode; not just because her and partner Derek Hough were stealing the show with their dance moves, but because Kellie looked absolutely adorable in La Femme style 18902 in light gold! It was no surprise that her and Derek received the highest score of the night with their fabulous dance number. Judge Len even declared Kellie, "The Queen of the Prom" after their performance to "Footloose!" It must have been Kellie's gold dress dazzling the judges! La Femme style 18902 also comes in aqua, lavender, light pink, and white. Perfect if you are looking for a short white prom dress! Due to the dancing aspect, the show did add thin straps to the cocktail dress.

There's after prom, too, and it's just as important to make sure you find the perfect outfit to wear for your post prom events.

When prom ends and the after parties begin, it's time to throw on an outfit that's more fun, flirty, and comfortable, but still has you sparkling all night long! Wearing cute cocktail dresses have been a popular trend the past couple of years, which we absolutely love...why let the glam stop at prom?? Just make sure that the dress doesn't compete with your prom dress - your prom dress should be your big outfit of the night. Below are our favorite frocks that will have you looking glamorous from prom to after-prom.

Just looking for something simple, but stylish to wear? Rocking a little black dress is always a staple choice. Whatever you decide to wear to After Prom, just make sure that you have lots of fun!

Spring is here, and that means it's time for lots and lots of college formal events. Whether attending your school's formal or a sorrority or fraternity formal, it's definitely a time to be dressed to the nines! Before you even begin to start shopping, double-check the dress code and determine if the event is a formal or semi-formal. One great way to make sure you're buying the right outfit is to talk to upperclassmen who have attended the events before and ask what they've worn. If it's a semi-formal event, a cocktail dress is a great option. If the invitation says formal or black tie, it may be more appropriate to wear a full-length gown. Either way, it's always fun to dress up!

Below are four dresses that we love for college formal events: two cocktail dresses for a semi-formal, and two full-length gowns for a formal event.

Spring Semi-Formal Event

Shail K. is a great designer to look at for cute, sexy cocktail dresses. The designer has two dresses that we absolutely love for spring formal events: style SK3195 and style SK3823.

Shail K. style SK3195 has a hand beaded ombre pattern that's just gorgeous. The black, blue, purple color makes it perfect to wear any time of the year, so you can definitely get multiple uses out of this dress.

With pastels being so in this season, Shail K SK3823 couldn't be any more perfect for Spring with the two colors it comes in: Peach (shown above) and Nude. The flowing layers and satin accentuated waist give the look of beauty and power, and the translucent fabric around the neck and sides let enough sexy peek through while keeping the untouchable aura of a goddess!

Spring Formal Event

For sexy formal gowns that aren't as glitz and glam as prom dresses can be, there are two designers that we love: Sherri Hill and La Femme. Both have evening gowns that are so perfect for a variety of formal or black tie affairs.

Sherri Hill style 8510 is our favorite evening gown for Springtime. It's a simple yet elegant strapless sweetheart dress that has intricate beaded detail. We especially love the subtle high-low look on the dress. You'll also have a variety of colors to choose from that are all so perfect for springtime: Strawberry (shown above), Ivory, Pink, Purple, Turquoise, and Yellow!

La Femme style 18713 is a beautiful figure flattering dress with intricate beading on the bodice and soft gathers at the waist. The beading gives it such an elegant look, while not being over the top. The dress comes in a variety of different colors, such as Peacock (pictured above), Purple, Nude, Light Lime, and Peach. If your event is a black tie affair, this dress in Black is a perfect option.

This week's prom trend is one of our favorites because we love seeing different patterns and innovative looks every year. Printed dresses are so creative and are always fresh since there's so many different ways to wear the trend! A print dress will always be a showstopper; whether it's animal print or polka dots, you'll be sure to have the most memorable dress of the night!

Printed dresses can either work with your figure or go against it, depending on the pattern and your body shape and height. So, just make sure to pick a pattern that suits your body type. If you find the right printed dress, it can be super figure flattering.
